 Terms and Conditions

- Hire Term - Generally 3 days unless otherwise agreed. Collect on Day 1, wear on Day 2 and return on Day 3. Longer durations can be negotiated
- Hire Fee to be paid at time of collection, reservation or posting.
- Deposit to be paid at time of collection, reservation or posting, returnable when costume is returned. Any damage, losses or cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit where applicable.
- Agreed replacement costs. In the event that any damage to costume or parts thereof, losses or cleanings costs are greater than the deposit paid, the remaining costs agreed at the time of hire will be recoverable from the person hiring the outfit. The balance of which will be paid within 30 days of retuning the remains of the costume or informing Revival Event costume hire company of the loss.
- The costume will remain at all times the property of Steve Leggett of Revival Event Costume Hire.
- The person hiring the costume will take all reasonable measures the ensure that the costume does not get lost or damaged.
